Tim Holtz Inspired Tags

Wow it's been a few days since I've posted anything new...so I thought I'd share with you a new class I've been working on. It seems like I've been doing A LOT of class development lately so I'm looking forward to actually TEACHING some of these techniques!
I love almost anything Tim Holtz and I've wanted to teach a class featuring some of his techniques for a long time. Finally, I was able to sit down and design a tag class that involves tons of techniques and wonderful products. Here they are:
In this class I use everything from Distress stains, Perfect Pearl Mists, Color Wash, Gesso, Alcohol Inks to Archival Ink, Tim Holtz stamps and the Melting Pot! There are just so many wonderful ways to use these products that it was really hard to narrow it down to just a few. One of my favorite techniques was apply the Distress Stains onto the Craft Sheet and then dragging the tag through it (I did this on the rainbow colored tag pictured above with the stamped butterflies). The Distress Stains are just another way to use the idea of Distress Inks and I can't wait for more colors! After this class runs I will do some video tutorials on how I created these tags and if you have any questions please leave a comment!

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Scrapping!
Chelsey
