June Tag

This month's tag over at Tim Holtz's blog was all about the embellishments. I love the pink and brown hues and I had a lot of fun figuring out how to add the vintage image since I didn't have photo paper and Ranger's Glossy paper would NOT go through my printer. Here is what I came up with:

A few of my embellishments are different than Tim's because I had to work with what I had, but the biggest difference this time was figuring out how to do the photo with no photo paper! I ended up printing the image on regular white cardstock and then I colored it using the Cut n' Dry nibs. To give it the glossy look I applied Versamark to the whole surface and then added clear embossing powder. The finish it gave was a little rougher than photo paper, but I still got the shiny effect.
Love it!

Thanks for stopping by,
Chelsey
