New Fall Classes

Tomorrow is the first day of fall although you would never guess it considering all the warm weather we've been having here. However, the leaves are starting to change and thoughts of warm wool sweaters, hot chocolate and long hours of crafting are starting to take over.

Dare I say, Christmas is a little over 3 month away so it's time to start planning all those cards, gifts and other projects. Some of my fall classes were released at my Open House this past Sunday and I now have them posted under the classes tab above. Here is a look at some of the projects I'll be teaching this fall:

If you want more information on these classes click on the Classes tab at the top of the screen. Thanks for stopping by, I hope you found some Christmas inspiration!

Close to my Heart Regional Celebration

This past weekend I had the privilege to attend the Close to my Heart Regional Celebrations for Consultants. This was my first CTMH event and I had a blast! It was two days full of business ideas, product knowledge and creative play time. I learned some new tricks for my Cricut machine (if you haven't checked out the new Artiste cartridge you should) played with StudioJ and enjoyed meeting so many wonderful consultants. I can't believe I haven't been to an event before. It was a great time to refresh my creative and business mojo and to hang out with so many women who are as crazy about papercrafting as I am!!
Me busily making cards.
My down line Jessie getting ready to do some "serious" stamping.
A full room of CTMH consultants!

I was asked to make a piece of art to donate for the silent auction benefiting Operation Smile. I could make anything I wanted so I chose to create with the new Display Tray and the Florentine paper. Here's a peak and what I made.

Here are some other items that were up for auction made by CTMH consultants:

I was also asked to do a presentation for all the consultants about the new alcohol markers and other accessories. I was so honored to be asked and not gonna lie just a teensy bit nervous about speaking in front of so many people! I'm hoping to do some YouTube videos with the information and demos I included in my presentation. It was so much fun to make all the art work and once I was able to relax on the stage...tons of FUN teaching! Here is what I made.

Here is some of the great artwork made by the art department, members of the corporate office and consultants (as part of the contests).

We had so much fun this weekend and perhaps one of the best parts was getting to meet some of the wonderful people from the corporate office. We took turns having our pictures snapped with Brian, Monica and Christine. It really helps to put a face/personality with the company and these three are a blast to hang out with!

 Thanks for stopping by,
