Love U Card Class

I'm starting to enjoy all the bright, fresh papers on the market now and straying a little from my usual colorful grunge look that I love. The Echo Park papers I used for this class are a  good example of all the current trends that have me changing up my style. Hexagons, chevrons, wood grain, hot air balloons, clouds and doilies are a few examples of what can be found in many of the current paper lines. I used Echo Park Everyday Eclectic to decorate these cards and inspire the designs. I also incorporated some hearts for Valentine's day or any general love card. One of my favorite ways to cut hearts is with the Martha Stewart heart punches. I used two different ones in this class to get a variety of sizes and I also used the Pink Paislee resist hearts to add some dimension.
One of my favorite new mists is the Heidi Swapp Color Shine spritz because the colors are so vibrant and the amount of glimmer in them is CRAZY! The bottles are also really good quality and come with a mixing ball which helps to prevent clogging. I colored up the resit hearts with this spray and you probably can't see it in the pictures but they really sparkle.

Here are the cards up close:

There were more rhinestones on this card scattered randomly around the flower, but I didn't realize they had fallen off until just now!

Thanks for stopping by and if you are interested in more details about this class click on the classes tab at the top of the screen.
