June Calendar Sketch

It's hard to believe we are already half way through they year! So far this is my fifth month doing calendar layouts which I compile in December to create finished calendars for my Grandparents. After a couple of years frantically scrapbooking the week before Christmas trying to get calendars completed, I finally came up with a method that allows me to build the pages throughout the year.
Every month as I create layouts for my Close to my Heart Scrapbooking groups I also make two calendar pages. Since I'm already making them I thought I should also share them with you!

Here is the sketch for this month:

A: 12” x 12” colonial white cardstock
B: 3 1/2” x 12” yellow honeycomb patterned paper
C: 1 1/2” x 12” bee patterned paper
D: 6 1/2” doily
E: 2” x 4” striped patterned paper
F: 1 1/4” x 3 1/4” brown patterned paper
G: 4” x 5” newsprint patterned paper
H: 3” x 3 1/4” yellow honeycomb patterned paper
I: 6 1/2” doily
J: 5 1/4” x 7 1/4” brown cardstock
K: #5 manilla tag

Supplies: Supplies: Buzz & Bumble paper pack, Buzz & Bumble Assortment, Brown Sparkles Assortment, green cardstock leaves, stamps: Buzz & Bumble WOTG stamp set, Honeycomb  stamp set, edge distressing tool, brown baker’s twine, Inks: Cocoa, Creme Brulee, Sunset, Sweet Leaf.

I hope you enjoyed this quick sketch and found some inspiration for your own pages and projects. I know Christmas seems like a long way off, but it's never too early to start on those important gifts!

Thanks for stopping by,
