Hearts of the West March Blog Hop

If this is your first time joining us you will love it. It features Close to my hearts Consultants from all over Canada showing you their projects. The hearts of the west team was founded by Nancy Klein.

This months challenge is the Hopscotch paper pack which is a beautiful combination of Sunset, Smoothie, Ponderosa Pine, Indian Corn Blue, Glacier, Flaxen and Colonial White. This pack and matching embellishments can be found on page 19 of the Seasonal Expressions Catalogue (available until March 31, 2015).

If you came from Chantal Pearson's blog then you're in the right place. This is a go around blog hop so you can start anywhere! Just in case, the full list will be at the bottom. So, as always, grab a beverage and hop around the team with us!

Products Used:

To create the twine dangle on the left side of the page I punched two holes and then looped the twine through a couple of times, tying with a bow near the top. As I tied the bow I put one of the charms onto the twine so it was securely fastened. Then I used two shorter pieces of twine to tie knots along the length of the first piece. As I fastened the knots I add charms as well. This is a great way to add some interest and movement to your pages without a lot of bulk. It's hard to tell in pictures but it adds a little something special to the page when you see it in person.

Your next stop is Terry Ann Diack's Blog. Thanks for joining us this month and come back next month to see what creative projects we can bring to you! Thank you for stopping by and please feel free to leave a comment.
